Profile
A graduate of the Río Piedras Campus of the University of Puerto Rico, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in science, Magna Cum Laude, with a major in Natural Sciences (1996) as well as a Juris Doctor (1999).
He has represented a variety of clients, both in the public and private sectors, and has focused his private practice on labor law, with particular emphasis on federal litigation, labor-management disputes, and the negotiation of collective agreements.
Aponte-González is admitted to the legal profession in Puerto Rico, in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston. He is also an admitted notary public in Puerto Rico.
